PVC Patches

Custom woven patches are ideal for designs that cannot be accurately embroidered when minute detail and very fine lettering are essential. They are available in just about any shape, and can be up to 7 inches in size. As with embroidered patches, the border may be hot cut or it may be merrowed.

Standard woven labels display branding information about the garment or accessory in which they're attached, usually in the form of a company name and logo, and quite often an eye-catching image or design. Woven labels are able to contain intricate detail, therefore being the perfect choice for your product branding.

Material: 100% polyester or wool yarn and felt w/or according to the customer’s requirement.

Structure: Full block, script, single felt or double w/or according to the customer’s requirement.

Finish: Hand cut or laser and overlock or According to customer’s requirement.

Leadtime: 4-7 business day for the sample and 10-14 business days for bulk
